Being strong mental health advocates and after listening to their peers express their physical, emotional and mental struggles, the Change Agents found inspiration to organize weekly post and host workshops to help their peers seek wellness. Every Wednesdays, the Change Agents post a reminder of self care including: spiritual, intellectual, physical and emotional wellness. Each post include reflection prompts, options to give one's body and mind a break, and more. In addition, the Change Agents hosted workshops focusing on journaling and time management by sharing self-discovery reflections and new skills for studying more effectively.
